How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance for group tours and 1 week for individual bookings. During peak season (June–August), booking 3–4 weeks ahead is ideal to ensure availability.
Do you provide bike rentals?
Yes, we offer high-quality hybrid and road bikes for all skill levels. Rentals include helmet, lock, and basic repair kit. Let us know your preference when you contact us.
What if the weather is bad?
We operate in most weather conditions. For severe weather, we offer to reschedule your tour at no additional cost. Always bring a waterproof jacket and check the forecast.
Are children welcome on tours?
Absolutely! We offer family-friendly routes and can adjust pace and distance. Children must be at least 8 years old and comfortable cycling 10–15 km per day.
